I knew my soul needed this. It was an automatic YES.
I dropped into presence deeply. Sometimes it was uncomfortable and other times it felt euphoric. My favourite parts were breathwork, art of expression, the fire dance, bonfire, being free and open, inner child healing, kirtan and dancing. My most memorable were the laughter and the connection and releasing and shifting. There weren’t any parts that I didn’t find valuable or that didn’t have an impact on me.

Presence Retreats was so much more than I could have ever imagined and it was exactly what I needed. As someone who takes a long time to warm up to new people and places, I felt grounded and comfortable within the first hour. I am so grateful for this experience. This was the hardest and scariest thing I have done, but the depth of it was what I needed. The combination of everything has brought me to a place I have been waiting for, for a very long time.
